Nose job alert!! Seriously, who would ever have guessed this cute but average looking girl would someday be named the Sexiest Woman Alive? Not me.



Her newly purchased nose looks great. Definitely a good move. Question, though: If you're 21 years old, but parts of your body are 3 or 4 years old, is it legal for you to be posing in magazines like Esquire? Are any child exploitation laws being broken here? I hope not.
