Lucy Liu is a pretty girl. So what is going on here?! Is she drunk? Did her stylist tell her that 60's style hair was in, and she believed him? And wearing a saggy, droopy dress that has a waistline at your knees isn't really the best way to show off your body. I hope that necklace is designed to ward off evil spirits and Scientologists, because I can't imagine why someone would spend money on it otherwise.
