Nicole's mystery man revealed

Nicole Richie is moving on from ex-boyfriend Brody Jenner by dating French magazine editor Samuel Plouchart. Just three days after her break-up with her beau of two months, Richie was photographed dining and shopping with Plouchart in Beverly Hills, California. Plouchert is the fashion editor of French magazine Citizen K. Richie tells American publication Us Weekly, "New boy, new look." Meanwhile, Jenner tells the magazine that toward the end of their romance, Richie "didn't treat me like a friend or a boyfriend".

Wait a minute. This guy is a fashion editor?! "Fashion" does mean what I think it means, right? Can we please just take another look at his white Keds with no laces?
