Ivanka Trump's new surgical additions are a little.... off. Why?? Is this really the best money can buy? Is Melania spending all the cash before the Trump kids can get their hands on it and hire a decent plastic surgeon? Couldn't Donald take out a second mortgage on his Mar-a-Lago estate? This is so tragic. And I'm so confused right now.
