Seriously, is there a reason she's wearing K-Mart underwear, cowboy boots and a neon bathing suit in the middle of winter? I know it's not THAT cold here in California, but still. 60 degree weather is the time for everyone to get out their stylish scarves and cute jackets. Not the time to dress like this.
