What is Scarlett hiding in her hair?

Scarlett Johansson showed up at the premiere of her new movie The Black Dahlia yesterday, and clearly had something ominous hidden in her hair. Let's hope she's harboring the murderer from the movie in there, because any other explanation for what she's got in there would be even creepier.
