Lindsay Lohan has a stalker and bad taste

Double whammy!

1. Lindsay Lohan reportedly has a stalker, a fellow who has been sending her flowers and notes and requests to meet her. LL is freaked out, and has her top security guy handing the situation by trying to contact this weirdo to ask him to leave LL alone!

2. Lindsay went shopping in Hollywood the other day, inexplicably wearing a bowler hat and one of the ugliest shirts I've seen. All this on top of heat exhaustion and being publicly called a brat... things aren't going so well for her lately.
