VMA performances: Beyonce and Shakira are limber

Shakira and Beyonce, two of our favorite ass shakers, performed at the VMA awards and reminded us why we should have kept up with our gymnastics lessons.

Hot damn, Shakira!! I haven't been that flexible since I was in the womb! You go with your Aladdin costume!

We asked Beyonce if her hips were honest like Shakira's, and she just strapped on a Catwoman costume and growled at us. Luckily for her, she's pretty much hot enough to pull off this look. I don't know about the mugger gloves, though.

Her boots look like they're doubling as knee pads.
