What is it with celebrities and Target? I mean, I know even if I was a millionaire I would still be in Target going hog wild in the makeup section... but I would think these celebs would try to be a little classier than that. Especially Britney. I mean, besides the fact that she has 2 extensions coming loose, has stains on her shirt (which she wore yesterday too), is wearing greasy old sweatpants, and smokes while chewing gum every morning, she seems to care a lot about her appearance. Am I right?
